1. No Refund After Activation

Once your IPTV line is activated and credentials are delivered, no refunds will be issued.

This is because:

  • Digital services cannot be returned
  • Server slots are allocated instantly
  • Activation costs cannot be recovered

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued only if:

  • Your service was not activated
  • No activation email was sent
  • Payment was received but the order was not fulfilled

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Slow internet connection
  • Device incompatibility
  • User error during setup
  • Channel/content availability changes
  • Using third-party apps incorrectly
  • Change of mind
  • Issues caused by VPNs or proxies

4. Testing Before Purchase

If unsure, you can request a trial line (if available) before buying a long-term plan.


5. Chargebacks

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Accounts associated with chargebacks may be permanently terminated.
